Think it’s meant to be? Great! We’ll dot the i’s and cross the t’s, and then we can get started on your transition behind the scenes.
Step 4: Kickstart Program
Our unique transition program involves 140 tasks, but don’t worry, we’ll do them all. We designed this program to make sure your transition is a smooth one. Once we work through the program, we’ll meet with you before management officially begins, to make sure the path forward is clear.
Step 5: Announce the news!
Break out the trumpets: it’s time to let the world (or just your community) know that Texas Star has arrived! We’ll help you communicate with homeowners about how to access their accounts and stay informed, and we’ll make sure they know how to contact us if they have any problems.
